5.0 out of 5 stars Sabbath on an autumn afternoon,
fantastic stripped back, stoner blues rock, heavy biting riffs combined with primal drum beats . Like Black Sabbath on an autumn afternoon, Gongas album has a superb relaxed yet tense, improvised yet tight feel to it, suggesting great talent that is sadly lacking in so much ‘rock n roll’ music of today where fashion and getting on the front of a magazine takes preference to the production of a fine album.

5.0 out of 5 stars Worship the sludge lords!!,
From the very first time i caught the video to stratofortress on 120minutes i was in love with this band. The bass riffs are absolutely gutwrenchingly low and heavy and yet they seem a little ponderous in a sortof hypnotic way (especially in the song octane bud which is so slow itfeels almost sickly). The lead guitaring overall seems based on alot ofdeep purple and black sabbeth but it isn’t just another unorigionalsabbeth rip off. In short this band is recomended to anyone with taste.Respect…

5.0 out of 5 stars heavy music for heavy heads……..,
i can truly say that in this world of tv marketed pop punk rock music…..GONGA have produced a album that on first listen is like a shot of oxygen to the brain of any proper rock music fan…..if you are a fan of Nirvana, sabbath, Kyuss, Melvins…..you will not in any way be disappointed in the monster sound of this band….ignore them at you peril!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Stunning megalithic rock,
When I started my furniture removel business a few years ago this album saw me through many days of heavy lifting and hard work. It brings to mind the greats of the late sixites and early seventies, the riffing sensibility of latter day stoner’ bands, and the bleak irruptions of the doom genre and concoct a sigular sound. Massive and grooving, you can dance and headbang to this one all day long. For my money, the best Rock band in the UK.

5.0 out of 5 stars Ministers of Riff Information,
We have to realize that GONGA are the rulers of long-haired dope smoking British rock. This is a valid and legitimate album that has true honesty. GONGA have developed their own indigenous music that taps into ancient energies to produce one of the most heavy, but warm debut LPs in recent memory. Anyone who has any interest in the development of rock / spititual riff exploration should without delay add this piece of musical history to their collection and place it alongside Sabbath / Toad / Cactus / Drake and Electric Wizard.
