Vitamin F delivers a slightly alternative feeling metal style. The music expresses both emotional and technical elements. It is difficult to ascertain which comes through sounding stronger; they are both done very well.
The strongest emotional expression derives the partial growling, low guttural vocals — which appear quite infrequently. The standard somewhat against ridden/grieving emotion is provided by the slightly raspy vocals of John Rich. Complementing this emotion are the none too happy lyrics by John.

It really comes down to Vitamin F being balanced music that is listenable and enjoyable makes for a good listening experience.

Overall, Vitamin F is a quality band. Play this and you will definitely be having an enjoyable listening experience.
