Third Season was founded, when the punk rock band Chipmunk broke up some years ago. The passion for old skool hardcore, combined with a love for melody and sheer intensity, resulted in this new band called Third Season. Since then, the band evolved from a five piece unit into a solid four piece band with all ingredients needed to rock out and inspire. Inspiration, dedication, clever lyrics that have something to say and a passion for music, results in moving shows with a big participation of the crowd. Without any official record out, the band did two small UK tours (playing with Grade and Canaan) and played all over Belgium.This record is a great combination of aggression and melody, old skool and some newskool. Be sure to get a hold of this one
(BEL) HARDCORE With all the new bands forming and old bands splitting up, the Belgian hardcore scene is as busy as a beehive. I wasnt familiar with Third Season, but by the time I got to listen to this excellent debut, they had already split up. Contains fast, energetic hardcore that reminds me a lot of In My Eyes and The Hoods.
