Vancouver born & raised, with a penchant for chrome & whitewall rubber. A band who prefered the bowling courts to school and reportedly they’ve not to this date come across a Ramones album they didn’t like. The Cartels was founded in 1996 by Grag Laikin – bass & vocals, Brian Bresett – guitar & vocals and Dave Troutman – drums. This band has become the Crystal Pistol!
