Sunday Circus (www.sundaycircus.de): Progressive Metal, the fans of similar acts such as Dream Theater would relish.

Memorial Park (www.rockyourass.de): hard rocking metal with very good, unobtrusive woman singing. More related to acts such as Warlock, Sinergy or Chastain as with Nightwish & Co.

Disabused (www.disabused.net): Initially I was of this song in a very old At The Gates recalls, before he gets going strong and the Cologne-Thrasher Death of guerrilla draws parallels.

Icon (www.iconmetal.de): not allzutechnischer Death Metal, with cool tunes and always waited on movement in the neck area provides. For friends of Bolt Thrower to Amon Amarth truly a godsend!

Heralder (www.heralder.de: gänsehäutiger Pagan Metal, which is not likely to have future problems with breath Falkenbach, Turisas Fjoergyn or to be called one) in. Instead blackened screams ruled heroic clear vocals, interspersed with damn good female vocals. Priestess (www.priestess-of-light.de): worn mid-tempo metal written by messenger from Fronter Siggi with female vocals. to the fact that the song was somewhat mixed and noisy in some places a little “getting used” is up, you can certify the priestess a good result.

Slavery (www.slavery.de.vu): old-school metal with death-growls and second activity of the above icon heroes (and one not mentioned here blood chamber-recorder). Feht the song because of the demo stage, something the impact, but this could soon change.

Messenger (www.messengerband.de): as already mentioned a good mix of Manowar, Running Wild, which is mainly on a stage not to be missed. Here you will hear that frontman Siggi Schuessler only an extremely gifted guitarist is not, but also offers an expressive voice.

Half Past Dead (www.half-past-dead.com): groovy death metal with many borrowings from the Gothenburg scene. Would Live in a package together with In Flames, At The Gates resuscitated and any metalcore band noticed no negative!

Bath Idea (www.badidearock.de): The NWOBHM has reached the Saarland, and should have a bathroom Idea infected sustainable. Well played old-school metal and perhaps focus on a fictitious times requesting labels such as Remedy Records.

Expiration (www.expiration.de.vu) play not only their Sun oldschool death metal as possible, but also take their demo songs seemingly on the same. Say, tape recorder in the middle of the rehearsal place and there you go Lucy! Power to the fan-to Spätachziger Frühneunziger Death Metal but still fun!

The Last Supper (www.thelastsuppermusic.com): Instead of regarding the bands name actually expected Polter-Death Metal is here rather gekifft instead bludgeoned. Although I myself-snag on the death can not stand Stoner, fans of Kyuss definitely come here at their expense!

Berserk Inc. (www.berserk-inc.de): futuristic Death Metal, a peculiar mix of Nocturnus, Sadus and Soilwork reminds me. Cool!

InfiNight (www.infinight.de) beautiful old-school metal-Ami, the whole to the visitors of the Metal Battle injustice could not convince.

Nihil Obstat (www.nihilobstat.de): something disadvantageous commotion produced in which one does not have quite heraushört whether one of Death Metal is influenced more or newer tools of the trade mark of Slipknot. Sounds pretty sick, and should therefore also of the “loonies” group-address!

Zerogod (www.zerogod.de): simply holding the Death Metal at the intersection of Obituary, Bolt Thrower and Napalm Death, the skin on your face properly!

Excalibur (www.notung.de): Siggi, the third! While he Priestess Messenger and especially the flag of true Heavy Metal holds up with, he shows his romantic side with Excalibur. Very anthemic and epic angelegt (+ elves singing) recalls hearing the song on a mix of Summoning and Blackmores Night.

Memorial Park (www.rockyourass.de): hardrockender Metal mit sehr gutem, unaufdringlichen Frauengesang. Eher verwandt mit Acts wie Warlock, Sinergy oder Chastain als mit Nightwish & Co.

Disabused (www.disabused.net): anfänglich hat mich der vorliegende Song etwas an ganz alte At The Gates erinnert, bevor er mächtig loslegt und Parallelen zu den Kölner Death-Thrasher von Guerilla zieht.

Icon (www.iconmetal.de): nicht allzutechnischer Death Metal, der mit coolen Melodien aufwartet und jederzeit für Bewegung in der Nackengegend sorgt. Für Freunde von Bolt Thrower bis hin zu Amon Amarth ein wahrhaft gefundenes Fressen!

Heralder (www.heralder.de): gänsehäutiger Pagan Metal, der keine Probleme haben dürfte, zukünftig in einem Atemzug mit Falkenbach, Fjörgyn oder Turisas genannt zu werden. Statt angeschwärzten Screams regiert heroischer Klargesang, durchsetzt mit verdammt guten weiblichen Vocals. Wer die Band buchen möchte, sollte allerdings eine große Bühne zur Verfügung stellen, mischen hier doch knapp halb so viele Leute mit wie bei Haggard. Aber deshalb ist die Musik auch viermal so gut!

Priestess (www.priestess-of-light.de): getragener Mid-Tempo-Metal aus der Feder von Messenger-Fronter Siggi mit weiblichem Gesang. Bis auf die Tatsache, dass der Gesang etwas zu laut abgemischt wurde und an manchen Stellen etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist, kann man der Priesterin ein gutes Ergebnis bescheinigen.

Slavery (www.slavery.de.vu): Oldschool-Metal mit Death-Growls und zweites Betätigungsfeld der oben genannten Icon-Recken (sowie eines hier nicht genannten Blutkammer-Schreibers). Dem Song feht aufgrund des Demo-Stadiums noch etwas die Durchschlagskraft, dies aber könnte sich bald ändern.

Messenger (www.messengerband.de): wie schon erwähnt eine gute Mischung aus Manowar und Running Wild, die man sich vor allem auf einer Bühne nicht entgehen lassen sollte. Hier hört man auch, daß Frontmann Siggi Schüßler nicht nur ein extrem begnadeter Gitarrist ist, sondern auch über eine ausdrucksvolle Stimme verfügt.

Half Past Dead (www.half-past-dead.com): groovender Death Metal mit etlichen Anleihen an die Göteborg-Szene. Würde in einem Live-Package zusammen mit In Flames, reanimierten At The Gates und einer beliebigen Metalcore-Band keinesfalls negativ auffallen!

Bad Idea (www.badidearock.de): Auch die NWOBHM hat das Saarland erreicht und dürfte Bad Idea nachhaltig infiziert haben. Gut gespielter Metal der alten Schule und ein fiktiver Schwerpunkt bei vielleicht mal anfragenden Labels wie Remedy Records.

Expiration (www.expiration.de.vu) spielen nicht nur ihren Death Metal so oldschool wie möglich, sondern nehmen auch ihre Demo-Songs scheinbar genauso auf. Sprich: Taperecorder in der Mitte des Proberaums platziert und ab geht die Luzie! Macht dem Fan von Spätachziger- bis Frühneunziger Death Metal aber trotzdem Spaß!

The Last Supper (www.thelastsuppermusic.com): Statt des hinsichtlich des Bandnamens eigentlich erwarteten Polter-Death Metals wird hier eher gekifft statt geknüppelt. Auch wenn ich selber Stoner-Mucke auf den Tod nicht ausstehen kann, Fans von Kyuss kommen hier definitiv auf ihre Kosten!

Berserk Inc. (www.berserk-inc.de): futuristischer Death Metal, der mich an eine eigentümliche Mischung aus Nocturnus, Sadus und Soilwork erinnert. Cool!!!

Infinight (www.infinight.de): schöner Alte-Schule-Ami-Metal, der nicht ganz zu Unrecht die Besucher des Metal Battle überzeugen konnte.

Nihil Obstat (www.nihilobstat.de): etwas unvorteilhaft produziertes Geschepper, bei dem man leider nicht ganz heraushört, ob man eher von Death Metal beeinflusst ist oder von neuerem Zeug der Marke Slipknot. Klingt recht krank und dürfte von daher auch die Bekloppten-Fraktion ansprechen!

Zerogod (www.zerogod.de): einfach gehaltener Death Metal in der Schnittmenge aus Obituary, Bolt Thrower und Napalm Death, der ordentlich auf die Fresse haut!

Nothung (www.notung.de): Siggi, die dritte! Während er mit Priestess und vor allem Messenger die Fahne des wahren Heavy Metal hoch hält, zeigt er mit Nothung seine romantische Seite. Sehr hymnisch und episch angelegt (+ Elfengesang) erinnert der zu hörende Song an eine Mischung aus Summoning und Blackmore´s Night.
