Super wow! For all the love bomb babies!!
5.0 out of 5 stars Glam Metal at its best…,
This album has absolutely some of the best glam rock/hair metal you will ever come across, its a shame it was released in 1990 when that era in music was starting to die. These guys can rock with the best of that era; Motley Crue, Ratt and Poison being the most similar. Sorry to Bret and the boys, but these guys do Poison better than Poison.
If you like big guitars, big choruses and songs with hooks that will stay with you for days then buy this CD. From the opening of Sick Sex you know this album won’t have any deep meaning or require alot of thought, just turn up the volume, sing along and rock. Some highlights include: Love Bomb Baby(perfect for radio or MTV), Noise Level Critical, Love Overload, Twist And Shake and Heaven(the obligatory ballad- and not a bad one).
Its too bad these guys weren’t around 5 years earlier, I think they could have been big. If you are a fan of “Hair Metal/Glam Rock”, definitely check this out. The songs simply rock and you can just have some fun listening to a great album.
5.0 out of 5 stars hair metal,
If your a big fan of motley crew ,you should love this album. It has fun lyrics and great guitar plating. It is hard to tell these guys oringally came from Wales, imported rock and roll at its best.Love bomb is the standout cut.My opinon on this buy it,it wont let you down.
The best damn glam band ever – these boys knew how to take that extra step,? but didn’t lose sight of the music.I’M A HUGE TAILZ FAN. Glam rock rules and the fans of glam are the real? true rock n roll outlaws they take shit from the so called normal people and the metal fans and still end up kicking ass at the end of it all.
5.0 out of 5 stars UK sleaze,
Originally released in 1990, Bezerk was the second album from glam/sleaze/hair/whatever rockers Tigertailz. Tygertailz was essentially the UKs answer to the Hollywood hair metal sound of Poison, Ratt, Pretty Boy Floyd and Faster Pussycat. They played hook-heavy sleaze rock and had a lipstick, spandex and hairspray look.
For the most part, Bezerk is a pretty typical hair metal album. It has lots of loud and nasty rockers about living fast and loving hard, plus the obligatory ballad (like Warrant, they called theirs “Heaven”). The album is a bit heavier than the first Tigertailz disc though, and has some moments that almost approach real metal territory. For the most part though, Bezerk is just a loud, fun, sleazy party rock album, and thats good enough for me!
If you’re a fan of hair metal, glam metal, sleaze rock or whatever you choose to call it, you gotta have at least one Tigertailz disc in your collection, and Bezerk may be the best of the bunch.
