Excalibur play some sort of power metal,
it is melodious, somewhat fast
and there are not many traces of aggression
in the music.
The band have many influences from German
power/speed metal bands such as Helloween,
Blind Guardian and sometimes Rage.
It seems that the band is very eager to put
lots of different sweet melodies into their
songs. This gives their sound a touch of
folk music.
Another important ingredient in their music
are their choirs which they seem to put a lot
of work on.
Excalibur has somewhat an unique sound
that should be experienced.
