This 5 piece from Gothenburg is a brand new band. Originally formed in 1998-99 as a recording project. After received an offer from the new label in Stockholm a complete lineup was formed and the band started to work on the material for their upcoming debut album. Kicking off with the title track Brain Swamp Wizard a straight forward retro rocker with a impressive groove a combination of Spiritual Beggars and Danzig. The 5th song (there 10 songs here) God Of Sadness is heavier and doomier a combination of Danzig and Spirit Caravan. Overall Elecxsir have created quite a impressive concept, great vocals, brilliant twin guitar work with a intense backing makes this package into a intense grooving experience.
