DEMONLORD: Helltrust CD

Power Metal with a definite lean towards the melodic Italian school. This was put out way back in 2002. This is the second album for this band from Hungary, and while it has weaknesses, overall it is pretty good.
If you took the Italian style of bands like Seventh Seal or older Domine and gave it a shot of thrash in the guitars, you’d be pretty close to this band. The guitars are a lot heavier and more upfront, and there’s no prog stylings at all, but the riffs and vocal melodies are very much Italometal.
