This cd masterminded by the guitarist (Dave Blomberg) from New Model Army, was recorded in Devon (England) and was released on a Polish label.
This is dark electronica, with toppings of guitar and more 80’s influences, this time pop. Ania has a stunning voice, but I feel her vocals are on an equal basis with the instrumentation. If you get my drift. Thankfully the production is spot on as there is an awful lot going on in the mix, so as with most cds, this is a lot better through headphones. As for the songs themselves, well they all follows a similar path. Dark and with an air of mystery. There are occasional ventures into other territories. Delilah is upbeat and very poppy and would fit in nicely on Tiamat’s Judas Christ opus, and Not Here sees the guitar replace the keyboards as the main instrument, but for the main, the songs remain the same. As with Moonlight in Metal terms it’s the Gothic crowd who will appreciate this the most. And this is an album, that if you stick with it, absorb it fully, you’ll get your rewards

The title track Daydreaming, Live really grabbed me, on CD it still grabs me although is more restrained. Ania’s voice is brilliant, complemented by Dave’s guitar. This track is available as a free download from the website.

Delilah – has overtones that reminds me of a friend and her choices in life, for her I feel a little sadness, but the song is good.

Flying, Anyway and Dying So Slowly – are all songs that reach straight into my subconscious and tweak the shadows of my dark past. (we all have them so I wont bore you all with mine) Dying So Slowly is also available as a download from the website.

Sama and Taniec Na Szkle are both in Polish, and none the worse for it, in fact I would love to know what the lyrics mean, I’m intrigued by linguistics.

Not Here, Last Dance, Never Let Me Down Again are all good solid songs, that talk my language.

All In All, It’s one of the better CD’s that I have bought, it features very high in my most played CD’s together with All About Eve, Inkubus Sukkubus, NMA and the Sisters of Mercy.
