This is a top collection of Bruce’s best songs in one place. For one of the few times, the title ‘Best of’ truly applies here and the selection of songs is pretty much what I would’ve gone for. Although at times this isn’t as heavy as Maiden, Bruce still manages to give it his all and with his trademark scream and distinctive voice you know you’re in safe territory. ‘Tears of the Dragon’ gets me every time and the album closer ‘Book of Thel’ is dark and brooding. This is the rare, limited two disc version with demos and other versions of songs on it. A great album that compliments any metal collection and partners Maidens vast catalog.

Possibly one of the best rock albums of all time. If you like Iron Maiden or any similar bands then you will love this.
Although most of the album is not as heavy as Iron Maiden, Bruces voice and great lyric writing make up for any loss.
From great rock like tattooed millionaire to emotional classics like tears of the dragon, this album has everything.
There is not a bad song on this album, I recommend it to anyone!

I am a huge Maiden fan and think BD is the greatest rock vocalist alive. However I have never been taken by his solo stuff. Obtaining this two disc album I am convinced that Bruce can take his rightful place as a metal god.
Disc one is a collection of songs from his solo albums. It ranges from the rather poppy Tattooed Millionaire to the Maidenesque Road To Hell. Overall a very enjoyable collection and every one a pleasure to listen to. Not a bad track on it, I agree.

Disc 2 is outtakes and demos. The version of slaughter’ is interesting and silver wings is enjoyable but the rest make less of an impact on me. Bruce explores musical styles and tempos but none work well. Still it is clear he likes to experiment.
